Maintenance - Cleaning the Grease Cup

The grease cup is located in its holder, located on the bottom of the base casting, immediately below the hole through which any grease will drain. A grease cup is not provided, however the clip has been designed to accommodate a standard soup can or jar. The grease cup should be checked and replaced regularly to prevent grease from overflowing.
