Grilled Stuffed Tomatoes with Zucchini and Cheese

Ingredients 4 large Tomatoes, hollowed out
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 Onion, diced
1 Zucchini, grated
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
Chopped Fresh Basil
Grated Parmesan Cheese, to sprinkle on top

Indoor Preparation Use 1 tbsp butter to sauté onion, zucchini, tomato sauce and basil until onion is transparent. Fill tomatoes with mixture and place directly on grill over medium-high heat. Cook about 10 minutes. Juices will begin to seep from the tomatoes. Move tomatoes to the upper rack of the grill to keep warm (if waiting for meat to finish cooking). Sprinkle with Parmesan. Take carefully off grill and place on presentation platter--garnish with fresh herbs.
