Smoked Oysters in Prosciutto

Ingredients 12 Prosciutto Slices (thinly sliced)
24 Smoked Oysters
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 cup White Wine
6 tbsp Horseradish
Dash Tabasco
Dash Worchestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Suggestions for Garnish:
Edible Flowers
Mixed Greens
Lemons, quartered

Indoor Preparation Cut the prosciutto slices in half (widthwise). Wrap the oysters in prosciutto and grill for a few minutes on medium-high. Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients to make the sauce. Serve oysters over a plate of greens, or in a martini glass or wide stemmed glassware. Pour sauce over oysters and add flowers and lemon quarters.
