Ingredients 1 lb Meat (beef, chicken, pork, or lamb)
1 clove Garlic, chopped
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Pepper
6 Soft Shell Tacos
1 cup Pico de Gallo (see recipe)
2 cups Feta Cheese, crumbled

Indoor Preparation Marinate meat with garlic, olive oil and pepper for 1 hour.

Outdoor Preparation Grill meat to your liking. When meat is grilled, grill tortillas until warm. Cut meat into thin slices and assemble meat, lettuce, pico de gallo, and cheese into taco.
Alternative Side Dishes
Serve with Guacamole
Pico de Gallo and Refried Beans.
