Banana French Toast with Raspberry Wine and Maple Syrup

Ingredients 10 Eggs
1/2 cup 35% Whipping Cream
2 tbsp Sugar
3 Ripe Bananas
1 Loaf of Your Favorite Bread or French stick
Butter
Maple Syrup
Raspberry Wine or Cassis

Indoor Preparation In a large bowl, mix together eggs, cream and sugar. Mash in bananas. Slice long diagonals of French stick or other suitable bread and let soak for about 4-5 minutes in the egg mixture.

Outdoor Preparation In a heavy-bottomed pan, melt butter and allow to get quite hot -- sear both sides of the bread. Place on a medium grill with lid closed and finish cooking.
Drizzle with maple syrup and raspberry wine or cassis. Serve with yogurt and fresh berries.
