Ginger Buttered Fruit Kebabs

Ingredients 1 Orange, sliced with peel on
1 each Banana, Red Apple and Star Fruit, sliced
2 Pineapples, sliced and diced
Fresh Berries for garnish
Ingredients for Ginger Butter:
1/2 cup Melted Butter
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Grated Fresh Ginger

Indoor Preparation Mix ingredients for ginger butter. Heat butter until sugar dissolves. Skewer fruit and baste generously with butter mixture. Grill for 10 minutes, turning once. Serve with a fruit dip made with equal parts fruit yogurt and whipped cream or whipped cream cheese. Flavor with 1-2 tbsp orange concentrate, if desired.
