Grilled Mango and Strawberry Tortilla Rolls

Ingredients Skewers, soaked in water for 15 minutes
12 Strawberries, hulled and washed
1 Mango, peeled and pitted
2 tbsp Butter, melted
4 Soft Tortilla Shells
1/4 cup Maple Syrup

Indoor Preparation Skewer the strawberries and mango and brush with butter.

Outdoor Preparation Grill until soft, then cool. Coarsely chop the fruit and fill the tortilla shells with fruit down the center of the shell. Fold.
Brush with maple syrup and grill (starting with folded side facing down on the grill, to seal the shell closed). While grilling, periodically glaze with maple syrup.
