Grilled Pears with Rosemary Sugar Syrup

Ingredients 4 Pears, quartered
1/2 cup Water or Wine
1 sprig Rosemary
1 cup Brown Sugar
Vanilla Ice Cream

Indoor Preparation To make the Rosemary Sugar Syrup, reduce water OR wine, rosemary and brown sugar in skillet.
|
Outdoor Preparation Grill pears on clean grill at a high heat for approximately 2 minutes.
NOTE: The more ripe the pears are, the less time they will take to grill.
Serve warm with the syrup and vanilla ice cream.
