Grilled Lobster and B.C. Spot Prawns with Honey-Raisin Butter

Ingredients 2 Fresh Lobsters, approximately 1 1/2 lbs each
2 B.C. Spot Prawns, or subsitute large frozen shrimp, like Tiger Shrimp
Butter
Ingredients for the Honey Raisin Butter:
1/2 lb Butter
2-3 tbsp Raisins
2-3 tbsp Honey

Indoor Preparation Plunge lobster into boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes.

Outdoor Preparation Cut lobster in half (lengthwise), brush with butter and grill for approximately 3-5 minutes on a medium-high grill.
Frozen shrimp can be peeled, deveined and grilled immediately. Live Spot Prawns need to be blanched and then finished on the grill.
Grill shrimp/prawns for approximately 5-7 minutes on a medium to medium-high setting--you'll notice the shells of the shrimp turning pink as they cook. Prepare honey-raisin butter by blending together all ingredients.
Place all seafood on a plate and serve with the honey-raisin butter.
