Ingredients 4 8 oz Swordfish Steaks
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Ingredients for the Aioli Sauce:
1 Egg Yolk
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp Mustard
1 Lemon, juice only
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

Indoor Preparation Season swordfish with salt, pepper and brush with olive oil. Grill on high.
Aioli Sauce: Combine egg yolk, mustard, garlic, lemon juice and rice vinegar. Whisk in vegetable oil slowly until thick.
Serving Suggestion: Top swordfish steak with dollop of aioli. Serve with Tomato Salad and Garlic Crostini.
