Ingredients Frenched Rack of Lamb or Lamb Chops
Figs (optional)
Pita Bread
Ingredients for Lamb Marinade:
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Pinch Salt
2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Garlic

Indoor Preparation Combine marinade ingredients. Cut rack of lamb into chops and marinate for one to two hours.

Outdoor Preparation Grill on medium-high heat, 3 minutes on each side. Grill pita bread for 30 seconds on each side.
NOTE: If desired, serve lamb with grilled fresh figs. Simply halve figs and lightly coat with leftover marinade. Grill for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Alternative Side Dishes:
Serve with a Greek Salad
Lemon Garlic Potatoes and Grilled Pita Bread.
