Duck Quesadillas

Ingredients 4 tbsp Hoisin Sauce (can be found in Chinese markets or specialty stores)
8 Soft Flour Tortillas
1 lb Cooked Julienne BBQ Duck, skin optional (can be found in chinese markets and Take-Out restaurants)
3/4 cup Bean Sprouts
1/4 cup Julienne Carrots
1/4 cup Bamboo Shoots (can be tinned)

Indoor Preparation Spread a thin layer of Hoisin sauce on one side of each tortilla shell and divide remaining ingredients equally, to your desired taste.

Outdoor Preparation Fold tortilla in half around the ingredients and place on medium-high, oiled grill. Grill on each side until shell begins to brown and turn crispy (approximately 1-2 minutes per side). Place on plate and garnish.
