Grilled Corn and Black Bean Salad

Ingredients 14 oz can Black Beans
12 Corn Cobs, husks attached
12 Green Onions
2 Red Onions
6 Limes
1 bunch Cilantro
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Indoor Preparation Drain Black Beans and set aside.

Outdoor Preparation Place corn with husks still attached on grill. Grill corn until husks are completely charred, turning often. This will take approximately 10 minutes on high heat, 15 minutes on medium heat. While corn is grilling, chop the green onions and red onions.
When corn is completely charred, remove from grill.
Remove and dispose of charred husks. Using a sharp knife, simply slice off niblets into a large bowl. Since this can be a little messy, it's ideal to do outside, right by your grill. Use your handy sideshelf to hold your bowl and ingredients. Add black beans and onions to the corn niblets. Squeeze in lime juice.
