Caesar Salad 3 ways - Fire up the Fiesta BBQ for amazing variations on the caesar salad. Grill boneless chicken breast for a
tasty chicken caesar or try grilled calamari or strips of steak for something a little different.
Oriental Treat - Leftover barbecued chicken can be tossed with greens for a quick lunch. Just top off with sweet mandarin orange
pieces, crunchy chow mein noodles and a ginger dressing.
Try a grilled pepper and warm goat cheese salad - Cut yellow, red and green peppers into slices, and grill for about 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, warm slices of goat cheese on the top rack of your barbeque. Top greens with the peppers and goat cheese, and drizzle
with a balsamic vinegar dressing.
