Ingredients 4-8 Corn Cobs in husks
Butter
Salt (optional)

Indoor Preparation Pull down husks just enough to pull of silk inside. Lay husks back over corn and soak in cold water for 5-10 minutes. Drain. Tie ends with string and cover ends with foil.
Cook corn 6" above a medium heat. Turn often until all husks are burnt brown (usually 20 minutes), and remove. Serve with butter. Salt to taste.
