Ingredients 4-6 Portobello Mushroom Caps
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar or Red Wine
1/2 cup Garlic Oil
|
Indoor Preparation Marinade caps in vinegar (or wine) and oil for a couple of hours before grilling.
|
Outdoor Preparation Grill for approximately 7 minutes of each side, and place on upper rack to keep warm if necessary after grilling.
